Job Title: Global Import/Export Compliance and Logistics Specialist
Description

Job Description: Aruba Networks has created a new position in it’s growing Global Manufacturing Operations organization for a talented and high energy candidate to lead our import/export compliance and logistics activities. This position reports to the Director and includes the following job responsibilities and requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure legal compliance and provide import/export administration and control within governmental rules and regulations Communicate global product compliance status and respond to information requests from our business partners. Coordinate the classification of Aruba products in accordance with import and export requirements: HTS ECN, license determination and country of origin. Submit export license applications and ensure that license conditions are complied with (end use controls, tracking, reporting, etc.) Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve import/export operational issues. Develop programs with our logistics partners to optimize import/export duties and taxes. Manage our reverse logistics patners and global RMA logistics support. Carry out routine audits on import/export activity and ensure that all necessary process documentation and historical records are maintained. Research global trade regulations. Requirements: BA/BS in a major which is complementary to the responsibilities of this position. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a technology company. Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, high energy environment. Accredited training in U.S. and International Import and Export Regulations is desired. Experience with networking and wireless hardware products is desired.
