Tradeprofessional.net is a service of Global Trade Interactive Learning.com Ltd. which provides "clients" businesses and organizations with online tools to assist in their recruiting efforts by promoting their employer brand and their organization allowing employment candidates and potential employees to view their information and ultimately click through to their career page or other pages on their corporate Website.

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Services. By clicking the "I accept these terms and conditions" button on the registration page or by logging in to Tradeprofessional.net, you accept these terms and conditions.

Acknowledgements - Subject in each case to the terms listed in the remainder of this Agreement, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Tradeprofessional.net may only be used for lawful purposes. Any and all text and images you post on Tradeprofessional.net or enter into its databases will be lawful by Irish standards and suitable to a general audience.

Tradeprofessional.net is not responsible for the content of linked sites or any possible harm caused by a linked site.

Images hosted by Tradeprofessional.net should be backed up for your files. Tradeprofessional.net will not be held not responsible should an image or images disappear.

The Services will be subject to yearly (or monthly if applicable) subscription fees. No fees will be applicable to any free trial period.

Tradeprofessional.net has the right to make modifications to your information, listing and profile pages if required for visual, quality control or optimization purposes at its discretion. Tradeprofessional.net will attempt to consult with you about any such modifications.
Tradeprofessional.net is not responsible for data obtained illegally or fraudulently.
Your listing and profile information will only be activated after it has been reviewed by a human for quality control purposes.

Information you submit and the results achieve by using Tradeprofessional.nets services may be used by Tradeprofessional.net for promotional purposes.
You agree to Opt-in to receive our monthly newsletters. We may from time to time also broadcast notifications relating to the proper operation of our services which we deem material to your use of Tradeprofessional.net.

Tradeprofessional.net is not responsible for damages of any kind no matter how damages may be caused.
Privacy - All parties to this agreement shall abide by the "Privacy Policy" listed on the Tradeprofessional.net website.
Termination - You may terminate this Agreement at any time by calling Tradeprofessional.net +353 87 6783785 or emailing info@tradeprofessional.net. There are no refunds for any fees paid.

Tradeprofessional.net may terminate this Agreement or the Services, disable your account or put your account on inactive status, in each case at any time with or without cause, and with or without notice. Tradeprofessional.net shall have no liability to you or any third party because of such termination or action.

Tradeprofessional.net may delete any of your archived data within 10 days after the date of termination or trial end.

All sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
Tradeprofessional.net has the right to change any and all terms and conditions without notice. If changed and an issue arises the terms agreed to at the time of of the last agreement will apply. The client will be responsible for providing an original copy of such terms or the most recent terms may apply at Tradeprofessional.nets sole discretion.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure or non-performance of the Services shall be for Tradeprofessional.net to use commercially reasonable efforts to adjust or repair the Services.
USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY RELIANCE BY YOU UPON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY ACTION TAKEN BY YOU BECAUSE OF SUCH USE OR RELIANCE, IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Tradeprofessional.net DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AGREED TO IN WRITTING. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND Tradeprofessional.net DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL Tradeprofessional.net OR ANY OF ITS UNDERLYING SERVICE PROVIDERS, BUSINESS PARTNERS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS, ACCOUNT PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION AS "Tradeprofessional.net ") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY MONEY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, COVER, RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF Tradeprofessional.net SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. IN THE EVENT THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, Tradeprofessional.net IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), THE LIABILITY OF Tradeprofessional.net TO YOU WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES.

Miscellaneous - No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Agreement, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Tradeprofessional.net in any respect whatsoever.

In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under the Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its costs and attorneys fees.

The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland,   without regard to its choice or law or conflict of laws provisions. All legal actions in connection with the Agreement shall be brought in the Republic of Ireland.

The Services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18. If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use the Services.
